We at Xkitz take a lot of pride in what we do, and that includes customer service. We are committed to making every customer completely satisfied. So, if you are not happy with our products or any aspect of your customer experience, please email us at feedback@xkitz.com and let us know and we will do our best to solve the problem. Order Shipping All orders are shipped via US Postal Service within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Requests for special delivery (next day, 2nd day, international, etc.) will be shipped at an additional charge to the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable. All prices are subject to change without notice. International Orders We're happy to ship outside the United States. You can order using your Visa or Mastercard, or your PayPal account. Product Warranty Xkitz will not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the uses of any products sold by Xkitz. Our guarantee is limited to replacement of defective components up to 30 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by faulty kit construction, misuse, alteration or negligence. Back Orders All back orders will be honored as quickly as possible. To cancel a back ordered item, notify Xkitz by email to sales@xkitz.com. All back orders will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available. Returns All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Xkitz to be accepted. All refund claims must be made within 30 days of the shipping date for consideration. Only products in their original, as shipped condition will be eligible for refund. Electronic kits returned must include all of the original components in unused condition. Once kit assembly has begun, we can no longer accept it as a return. A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied unless the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part. Any refunded amount issued will not include the shipping charges. All warranty claims must be made within the products specific coverage period, and will be exchanged with like product only. No packages will be accepted for return if shipped COD, or without a proper Return Authorization (RMA) number.
